This is the first Course organized by the Fetal Cardiology Working Group and Cardiovascular Morphology Working Group of the Association of European Pediatric Cardiology in collaboration with the Agatowa Ultrasound Clinic Objectives on the course: A comprehensive course designed for the AEPC junior members and pediatric cardiologists who would like to improve their knowledge on the field of fetal cardiology. Obstetricians and sonographers are welcome, too. Through tutorials and practical sessions all aspects relating to performing and reporting fetal echocardiography will be covered. Difficult counseling issues will be discussed too. The faculty consists of the most experienced fetal and pediatric cardiologists from Europe, who were very active to develop FETAL CARDIOLOGY in their own countries. Co-operation with members of Cardiovascular Morphology WG enables to make this program more comprehensive and helps you to understand difficult issue on embryology and anatomy, what is extremely important to follow further problems in congenital heart defects. During Live Scanning Sessions majority of fetal pathologies will be presented. As you see in the program, we have the proposal to all participants, to present your own interesting fetal cases. Please submit short abstract of unusual and difficult fetal problems to be presented during the course. Due to constant road constructions and bus lines changes the easiest way to get to the hotel and Course Venue and travel around Warsaw is catching a cab. From the airport approximate coast will be around 70 zl, from the Central Railway Station around 50 zl. Airport Warsaw public transport Registration will be available from the 1st of August until 23rd of October 2011. As the number of participants is limited to 70, registrations will be proceeded on the first come firs served basis.
Registration fee includes: - all sessions - lunches - refreshment breaks - attendee material - get together evening - certificate of attendance Registration cancellation policy: A refund minus Euro 70.- administrative fee will be given for written notifications received on/before 23rd of October 2011. No refunds will be given for no-shows. In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, the registration office will refund the tuition in full, but is not esponsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.
